Functions

Conveniently located mid-way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the Carlton Brewhouse is located on the Carlton Brewery site, just ten minutes north of the Gold Coast theme parks. Facilities include a large bar and beer garden, as well as purpose-built meeting and function facilities.

Beer and food matching is our speciality, and we can create special menus to complement the range of beers brewed on site, including VB, Foster's Lager, Crown Lager and Carlton Draught. Guided tours of the state-of-the-art brewery are also available for groups, incorporating a tour of the facility and beer tastings.
