Cocktail Functions

Looking to host a night to remember? Get exclusive use of the entire Carlton Brewhouse for the ultimate Brewhouse experience, just 10 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD.

We specialise in stand-up cocktail functions from engagements, networking and product launches to large scale Christmas parties with all the trimmings for up to 400 guests!

Don't need the whole venue? Enjoy our spacious Beer Garden or Beer Hall with bar access and roaming canapés, perfect for birthdays or family and friend gatherings.

Dining Functions

Catering to 220 guests, the Brewhouse is an adaptable space for your next gala dinner, awards night, long luncheon or Christmas party.

Our set course menus features crowd-pleasing plates, lovingly made in-house, and Carlton beers on tap poured fresh from the Brewery.

Conferences

Host conferences and meetings from 10 to 220 guests during business hours at Carlton Brewhouse.

The Crown Room and Victoria Room are equipped with projector and screen, PA system, flip charts, and whiteboard, with adaptable seating and table configurations in each room to suit the needs of your meeting.

Of course a function would not be complete without adding a beverage package, and hosting your function with us ensures a heavy focus on the freshest Australian beer brewed right on our doorstep at the iconic Abbotsford brewery.
